Dylanth & Co works with many manufacturers and suppliers across the world to source the highest quality and best products to suit your needs.

As such this results in all our orders being shipped across the world and items may be shipped separately, however we do ensure we can track our orders for piece of mind and we will contact you to inform if your order is being shipped separately.

Please Note: You won't be charged more for delivery than originally quoted to you at the time you placed your order.

For products we ship:

We will process your order within two business days. We exclusively only use Sendle to ship our own products which means PO Boxes cannot be accepted.

For domestic orders:

We offer FREE shipping for Australian orders over $75.

Flat rate of $7.50. Please allow 6-10 business days for your order to arrive.

For international orders:

International shipping is based on delivery location and order weight which is automatically calculated at checkout. The delivery time can vary upon destination but:

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20 working days)

Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)

Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30 working days)

We strive to ensure all orders arrive between 2 - 4 weeks from time of order.

Sendle is Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service and is committed to offsetting all the CO2 they emit by supporting projects that reduce emissions.

For our products we ship, we exclusively ship through Sendle as we believe in supporting their mission that "sending a parcel shouldn't cost the earth".

Packaging

We pack our orders in Sendles compostable satchels. These shipping bags are made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials. Removing the shipping label firstly, these satchels can be tossed in with food scraps and will break down within 90 days.

Due to COVID-19 some delays may exist and orders may take upwards of 3 - 5 weeks to arrive to you.
